Hat Yai Airport has a single arrivals exit — walk out and you will see HONG. Here is everything from baggage claim to your seat.
Hat Yai International Airport (HDY) is the main gateway to Thailand's lower south. Arrivals have a single exit, so finding your ride is simple.
1 · While you wait for your bags, open the Hong App and choose where you're going — the app shows the fare before you request.
2 · Once a driver takes your job, the app shows their name, plate and the car on the map, and you can call them from the app.
3 · Walk out through the arrivals exit and get into the waiting HONG car.
4 · Pay once you're in the car — cash, PromptPay or card. There is no cancellation fee.
Travelling as a group or with lots of luggage? Choose a Limousine (4–6) or Limousine Van (7–10) in the same app. Every car is electric, 24 hours a day.
