Privacy Notice and this amended part (“Privacy Notice”) used to describe Hong Move Company Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates. and companies under the same control (collectively called “Hongmove orHONG MOVEorWE”) collect, use, process and disclose your personal information. through the use of applications and Swan's website (called "ApporWebsite” respectively) any and all products, features and services operated by Hongmove Company Limited (collectively “Service”)

This Privacy Notice applies to users, passengers, shippers and service providers (collectively “Sir” “yours”)

“Personal information” Refers to any information that can be used to identify you or from which you can be identified from that information. This includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, email address, gender, telephone number. Bank details ID card information Driver's license information Vehicle registration information Your photographic information, biometric information, vehicle information

We collect, use, disclose or process your personal data under this Privacy Notice based on your consent or based on applicable law, such as

We collect your personal information when you provide it to us, for example if you do the following:

  • Fill out the registration form or customize your profile (e.g. name, contact information, and your identity as necessary)
  • Provide information for use in evaluating your qualifications to provide services as a Hongmove driver partner (such as driver's license information Vehicle information and results of background checks)
  • Interact with our social media pages (such as social media accounts, profile pictures and other published information). to the public)
  • Verify your identity through various media (e.g. with your Google account, sending a selfie)
  • Contact us through any of our customer support channels (e.g. chat, message, email, phone call recording, photos you submit to support your complaint.
  • Verify your identity through a variety of methods (e.g. with your Google Account, submitting a selfie). For example, if you are a User, we may verify your identity via a selfie as an additional layer of protection or in line with Hong Move's Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by applicable financial laws. If you are a Driver Partner, you may be asked to verify your identity via a selfie before or after a ride to prevent unauthorized use of your Driver Account.

 

When using our services

Personal Data may be collected through the normal operation of, or use of, our Apps, Websites and Services, for example:

 

  • Your location information
  • Feedback, Evaluation and Comments
  • Transaction information (e.g. cash payment methods)
  • Information about your interactions with our apps, websites or services (such as using a feature or viewing content).
  • Device information (such as device model and serial number, IP addresses, file names, app names and versions, GPS location, IMEI number, and advertising identifiers or other information indicating modification of the device or app).
  • Personal information you provide through your use of communication features on our App.
  • Your personal data may be collected through your interactions with us, our agents, audio and/or video recordings of you during your ride (e.g. images, audio or both, and other relevant information).
  • Applications or devices on personal vehicles
  • Some people may install personal applications or devices on their vehicles for personal purposes, and such practice is not endorsed and prohibited by HongMove.
  • The collection, use or disclosure of any personal information obtained from the Application or personal device is under your sole responsibility. If you have any questions about the use of the Application or personal device in a vehicle, you may ask for more details from the relevant person.

 

From other sources

We collect your personal information, such as your name, contact information and identification information as necessary from other sources, including:

 

  • Publicly available information sources or government information sources
  • When another one of our users identifies you as an emergency contact
  • When another of our users identifies you as a recipient of a shipment or a beneficiary of our services.
  • When you chat in our app

 

 

Personal data that is sensitive or of a sensitive nature

Some of the personal data we collect may be sensitive or otherwise in certain jurisdictions. This may include personal data relating to your name, surname, national identity card information, religious beliefs, background information (including financial and criminal records where permitted by law), health information, disability, marital status, location or biometric data, as applicable. We collect such sensitive data only with your consent and/or as required by applicable law. Where you are required to provide us with any documents or information for any purpose that may contain such sensitive or otherwise inappropriate personal data (which may not be necessary for such purposes), you agree to erase or destroy such sensitive or otherwise inappropriate personal data before providing such documents or information to us.

 

When you provide us with personal information about another person

In some cases, you may provide us with personal information relating to another person (e.g., a spouse, family member or friend). For example, you may identify them as an emergency contact, or when you chat with them on our App, book a ride on their behalf, or when you add them as a recipient of transportation or beneficiary of our services. If you provide us with personal information about another person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information to HongMove as described in this Privacy Statement.

 

 

Personal information of minors

You, as a parent or legal guardian, do not allow a minor under your care to provide personal data of the minor to Hongmove. In the event that personal data of the minor is disclosed to Hongmove, it shall be deemed that you consent to the processing of personal data of the minor and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Statement and take responsibility for the actions of the minor herein.

Hongmove may use, collect and process your Personal Data for the purposes set out below (the “Purposes”). In addition, if you use Hongmove Services in various ways (e.g. if you use multiple Hongmove Services, or if you are a user, passenger, dispatcher and service provider), we may collect and associate your Personal Data to facilitate your use of our Services and for the purposes further described below.

  • Requesting Emergency Assistance: Contact Support in Case of Unforeseen Events

  • Chat with Driver: Chat or call feature to communicate with the driver.

  • View Driver Information: Displays driver details such as name, history, and rating.
  1. Ride-hailing service for customers
  • Current location check: Automatically determines the user's location.
  • Select Pick-up and Destination: Specify the start and end points of your trip.
  • Vehicle type selection: Supports selecting the appropriate vehicle type, such as private cars, motorcycles.
  • Pre-trip cost check: Shows an initial estimated price before confirming the ride request.
  • Request a car: Request a car instantly through the system.
  1. Travel services for customers
  • Emergency Assistance: A feature to contact support in case of emergency.
  • Chat with Driver: Chat or phone feature to communicate with the driver.
  • Trip Status Check: Shows the current location of the vehicle and estimated arrival time at the destination.
  • Trip End: End the trip status when reaching the destination.
  1. Customer information services
  • View customer profile: Displays basic customer information such as name, phone number.
  • View booking history: Record and display customer usage history.
  • Password Change: Feature to edit and reset password.

In providing you with these services and features, we may use manual or automated methods, including AI services. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our AI services and, where necessary, we may verify the results ourselves.
